The primary purpose of this position is to provide excellent customer service by proactively seeking and acquiring new intermediaries, understanding their specific insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions according to The Namibia Special Risks Insurance Association (NASRIA) insurance products.

The position plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and policyholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of NASRIA.
