NASRIA recently hosted a Broker Training session aimed at strengthening partnerships and enhancing service delivery within the insurance industry.
The training brought together brokers from Windhoek for a day of engagement, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. Participants were provided with valuable insights into product updates, claims management processes, regulatory compliance, ethical practices, and customer-centric service delivery.
