Purpose of Position:
This position combines the roles of a Receptionist and an Executive Assistant. The individual in this role will be responsible for performing executive and reception duties, as well as assisting with administrative related tasks.
Skills/Competencies:
- Willingness to be re-deployed to other roles within NASRIA based on the business needs.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people from different backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Paralegal Studies, or any other relevant field.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with performing administrative duties travel management and event management.
