Purpose of Position:
The ICT Graduate Intern will support NASRIA’s ICT and digital transformation initiatives by assisting with the development and maintenance of internal digital solutions, providing system and technical user support, contributing to ICT security activities, and supporting website management and related digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications.
  • Support the monitoring and maintenance of ICT infrastructure.
  • Help with software related tasks, testing, debugging, and documentation (where applicable).
  • Participate in system updates, backups, and data recovery processes.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data.
  • Assist with website maintenance, including content updates, testing, and overall functionality improvements.
  • Document technical procedures, user guides, and system changes.
  • Support the ICT team in project implementation and day-to-day operations.
  • Conduct basic data analysis and reporting where required.
  • Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and tools.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Perform any other ICT-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the field of ICT or Computer Science (Computing, Systems Administration, Communication Networks, Software Development, Cybersecurity, or Informatics).
  • Recent Graduate, eager to learn and contribute.
